            4. Your name, address data, passport data – used for proper handling with the Portuguese authorities being the Finanças and the SEF, the tax and immigration authorities. Data will be kept for as long as required by Portuguese law.
            5. Your name and bank account number – used to settle payments for services purchased.

2.3 Your name, email address and telephone number will be used for no more than two years after the end of the agreement to ask you about your experiences with vakantiehuis.pt/maisondevacaces.pt. Also, we use this to inform you about the developments of vakantiehuis.pt/maisondevacaces.pt.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. holidayhouse.pt/maisondevacaces.pt processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your stay up to a maximum of two years after the end of this stay. However or as long as required by Portuguese law regarding the retention of records for the tax and immigration authorities. We then subsequently destroy the personal data.

5.1 Through the administration of holidayhome.pt/maisondevacaces.pt, you can make a request to see, receive, modify or delete your personal data. vakantiehuis.pt/maisondevacaces.pt will process your request and notify you, within one month of receipt
